Turning Heads

Comfortable Utility
Combined with Sleek Styling

VENZA may have debuted last fall, but nearly a year after its introduction, it continues to create buzz among automotive enthusiasts. Dealerships have reported difficulty in keeping VENZA on their lots, but now that production is in full swing, you could be the next to drive VENZA.

The focus of VENZA's development team was to create a new crossover vehicle that shifted away from the more traditional SUV styling themes. The first models that hit showroom floors were powered by a 3.5 liter V6 engine. A more economical 2.7 liter four-cylinder engine is also now available.

With VENZA, designers leaned more heavily on a sleek sedan concept with a wide stance that featured a sporty exterior and premium comfort interior. But important SUV attributes such as cargo space, towing capability and all-wheel drive performance were also taken into consideration.

The VENZA is targeted at an emerging section of the market that prioritizes innovative styling and superb handling that's all combined with a surprising amount of utility. Specifically, VENZA offers bold and expressive styling, performance, a luxurious and refined interior, and SUV-like flexibility such as all-wheel drive (AWD), foldable rear seats, large cargo area, higher driver sightline and up to 3,500 lbs. towing.

The exterior design of VENZA begins with an impressive front end featuring a distinctive grill, headlights and fog lamps for an imposing, yet classy appearance. The front end offers a sleek and aerodynamic shape with short overhangs, crisp character lines and a roofline and ground clearance that are lower than a typical crossover. From behind, VENZA's refined appearance is complete with an angled rear hatch, rear spoiler and wide wraparound tail lights that interconnect with the hatch door.

Inside there's seating for five with easily maneuverable seating allowing seats to recline or fold flat, creating more leg room or ample cargo space. VENZA's blending of car-like handling and SUV cargo capacity demonstrates not only the current state of Toyota's product development process, but also a tangible sign of where Toyota's design philosophy is heading. Designers and engineers sought to create a new car which provides enhanced interior utility and improved dynamic performance when compared to sedans or midsize SUVs. The result is a package with an aggressive stance and a more engaging driving experience.

Perhaps the most exciting features of the VENZA are three features that are Toyota firsts. VENZA offers an optional panoramic roof, an automatic high beam headlight system and the V6 is the first Toyota to sit atop standard 20-inch alloy wheels.

Known for reliability, Toyota continues to design automobiles that also offer luxury at affordable pricing. Visit VENZA at our showroom or by clicking here.
